Payments are processed securely through Stripe. By submitting payment, you authorize GreenPulse to charge the amount specified at checkout.

Refunds, cancellations, and adjustments are subject to GreenPulse's policies and applicable law.

4. Resume Links

Resume links are secure, time-limited authorization links that allow you to return to a previously saved quote. These links are not user accounts and may expire automatically.

5. Communications

By providing your email address or phone number, you consent to receive service-related communications from GreenPulse.

SMS communications, where applicable, are delivered via Twilio. Message frequency may vary. Standard message and data rates may apply. You may opt out at any time by replying STOP.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law,GreenPulse shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of this website or services.

7. Platform Relationship

GreenPulse operates using software infrastructure provided by BearPress. BearPress provides technical platform services only and does not provide electrical, installation, or contractor services.
